Within the larger school of Conjuration magic is the subschool of Creation. This subschool specializes in spells that create objects or creatures by manipulating matter. Created objects and creatures either last indefinitely or dissolve into their component matter when the spell expires, depending on the spell in question.

The creation subschool is an invention of the "3.0" edition of the Dragonlance game.
