The Highlanders were a people that were known to be big and burly humans that lived in the mountains located on the eastern side of Icereach. Most had high foreheads, blue eyes, yellowish hair, shaggy beards, and were considered tall. Their favorite drink was warqat, and were known to drink it all winter long. Do not like being near water, and most of their fortified towns were in the mountains. They were also warlike and would fight both the Arktos, Icereach Ogres, and Thanoi. At their mountain strongholds they mined the mountains, making their king rich. Following the unification into the Kingdom of Icereach, they retained their king but worked with the other groups of Icereach.
