Transfer Essence is a Necromancy spell that a Mage or Sorcerer may cast this spell at another mage or sorcerer to take magic from them and put it into another magic user. Normally is used for a group of mages to give their magic to one mage who will cast a powerful spell. This spell will only last for a short time before the target that got the extra magic will return to normal. This may be cast at a mage who does not want to have magic drained from them to temporarily boost his enemy's power. Transfer Essence will need a translucent quartz prism on a silver chain, the magic user must say the spell correctly, and complete the appropriate hand gestures in order to cast the spell.
