Deep Freeze is an Evocation spell that can be cast by Sorcerers and Wizards. This spell will cause a creature to freeze into a block of ice and if the creature falls unconscious while encased, the creature becomes an inert statue of living ice. To cast the spell the caster needs to know the appropriate words, gestures, and use a silver charm in the shape of a snowflake.
