The school of Evocation focuses on spells that channel magical energy to create effects and alter matter.
In earlier editions of the Dragonlance game, evocation was known as invocation/evocation. White Robes could only use evocations, Red Robes could only use invocations, and Black Robes could not use either. In the current edition of the game, evocation magic is equally available to all three orders of wizards (and other spell casters, of course).
