Octavias (? PC - 1 Argon, 1801 PC) was a male Ergothian Human that was a Captain at Caergoth in 1801 PC. He received the Ruby Pendant from Empress Phrygia Quisling that would allow for him to see the hearts of those he looks at. If it was black, they had evil intentions to him. With this knowledge, he and his companions slaughtered all the men, women, and children at Caergate. He was executed by Desidras for killing the villagers and the Ruby Pendant would be acquired by Terras Ditrivus.
