The Ruby Pendant was a magical artifact that was rose-cut, rose-red, and set in tarnished silver worked to look like thorny rose branches and was woven into a crown. The pendant was thought to have been created by Empress Phrygia Quisling and given to Octavias, then taken by Terras Ditrivus, and finally Fineas Tragarus. Through the actions of this one magical item, it led to about 1,000 people's deaths. Vinas Solamnus ended up destroying it with a hammer on 10 Argon, 1801 PC.

Powers

When the wearer wears it, they can see the hearts of the people it looks at. So if someone has bad thoughts about you, when you look at that person their heart will appear black and drive you to kill that person. Even if they don't mean you physical harm.
